All About Smage Massage

My name is Terri Cuthill and I have been a health practitioner since 2009. Starting my health care journey as a Massage Therapist in June 2009. I have worked in a variety of settings, a massage clinic, a spa and an allied health care clinic. Now working out of an educational setting, I am working independently in a professional building.

To add to my own skill set and professional offerings, I returned to school in August 2018 to learn about Manual Osteopathic Therapy. This is a separate service that can be billed as its own unique service through extended health benefits. It uses a gentler approach, with a full body focus. It involves assessing and treating the body as a unit.

I am currently set up to direct bill some common insurance companies for Massage Therapy services. Unfortunately Manual Osteopathic Treatments are not usually permitted to be direct billed, but can be reimbursed by the client. If you would like to confirm if your insurance company will allow direct billing, please check my FAQs for the companies that I am set up with and confirm with your insurance company that everything is set up on your end to allow direct billing. Some companies require doctor's notes or for you to be set up for direct deposits.

As I am currently working independently, you may find it quicker to book online or send an email with your inquiry, as these are easier to deal with between clients. Otherwise, I aim to respond to phone calls within 24 hours.
